The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County ("The Arsht Center"), is subject to and complies with the Florida Public Records Act. C. Shared Information
Mailing address information is never sold, rented or freely given to any outside entity. Mailing address information may be traded with other nonprofit arts companies for a one-time usage through a third-party mail house. This is common industry practice. Financial information: The Arsht Center will protect any personal financial information that you share with us. If you make a purchase online, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing or demographic purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our Web Server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.

2. Personal Information of Minors
We do not solicit personal information from minors. Sites specifically geared toward children will not request any personal or contact information.

3. Technology
