Metadata Specialist

The Wolfsonian­–Florida International University seeks an experienced Metadata Specialist to join their team of professionals. The position is responsible for activities related to the organization and maintenance of digital records for the museum's object and library collections. The Metadata Specialist will implement management policies for the digital records according to best practices of the American Association of Art Museum Directors (AAMD) and the American Alliance of Museums (AAM). The position will work with the registration and digital department in the development and maintenance of record systems, including database clean-up projects and upload procedures for the online catalog.

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
