Ensures NDE’s branding and graphic design are implemented consistently across all channels; oversees all outsourced and in-house materials, including collateral, direct mail, and all forms of online communications.
Executes and plans all social media and digital advertising expenses and placements
Create social media and content calendar, in tandem with a digital brand agency, and publish across all channels and on local online calendars
Plans and executes a video content calendar and strategy, identifying the opportunity for promotional and institutional video content and integrating it into marketing campaigns
Develops plans to promote and attract audiences to all NDE live and virtual performances including the Main Stage performances, Nu Deco Imagination educational programs, Nu Deco Access outreach programs, and digital releases
Identify new target audiences to increase ticket and earned revenue (business development, music licensing, etc).
Represent NDE at industry and community events, building connections throughout the global and Miami arts communities.
Designing and/or writing copy for a wide variety of materials, including season brochures, concert graphics, email communications, social media, posters, and programs. Oversee the production and distribution of these materials.
Maintaining and updating the NDE website
Collaborate on content creation with the artistic team, capturing digital content from the moment of inception (writing, rehearsing) to final production (performance), including Behind-the-Scenes content capture
Overseeing the marketing project management (Asana) and ensuring all tasks are being completed efficiently and on time.
Ensure that the NDE marketing budget is executed efficiently, and provide marketing spend reports to the Director of External Relations.
Maintain the NDE archive of video, photos, and other creative assets
In collaboration with the digital agency, ensure timely delivery of marketing analytics reports for the staff and board of directors
Strategic visioning with the creative team and the digital agency for long-term marketing success
Create surveys for audiences post-events, and manage the survey results, pulling reports for the NDE staff and board of directors
