REPORTS TO: Marketing and Public Relations Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
SALARY: $20,000/Year. 20 Hours/Week
 
POSITION SUMMARY
Florida’s GRAMMY® nominated vocal ensemble is seeking a dynamic marketer committed to delivering outstanding customer service and developing  new classical music audiences across South Florida. This entry-level position will manage Seraphic Fire’s ticketing and patron services, lead group sales campaigns, assist in subscriber retention and acquisition efforts, and cultivate connections in niche communities that result in single ticket sales. Note: this is a remote position.

Job Requirements:

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage Seraphic Fire’s ticket services by entering sales orders, tracking exchanges, and printing ticket mailings

  • Serve as the organization’s primary point-of-contact with patrons via phone and email

  • Research and solicit group sales prospects to meet annual group sales revenue goal

  • Collaborate with Marketing & PR Manager in concert-by-concert grassroots campaigns to affinity groups with a focus on reaching and cultivating new, diverse audiences

  • Execute annual telemarketing campaigns during subscription drives

  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, have a solid grasp of South Florida's diverse communities, and possess excellent communication skills, especially over the phone. Conversational proficiency in Spanish and basic CRM skills are preferred, but not required. Knowledge of classical music will be seen as an asset.
