The Retail Manager will play a critical role in the establishment and future success of the retail store, leading the Superblue retail experience, marketing & merchandising plan, and managing the retail team.

Researches, analyzes, and forecasts current and future buying trends, markets, styles, and products, with attention to specified target market and demographics.
Develop and execute a visual merchandising strategy that is aligned with brand vision
Oversee area stock and visual merchandising; participates in the development and implementation of on-floor marketing promotion campaigns.
Participate in the establishment and implementation of general marketing plans and programs for Superblue.
Collaborate with the Director of Data Analytics & Technology to forecast daily, weekly & monthly sales
Monitor inventory and create & issue Purchase Orders (POs) for reorders or new orders
Assess financial risks of purchases
Work with suppliers on new products designs, productions and delivery, coordinating with new exhibition debuts
Monitor and coordinate ordering, receipt, and return of merchandise and/or equipment; verify invoices and billing and resolve errors and discrepancies as appropriate, coordinate shipping and/or delivery of merchandise to customers.
Monitor sales through the cash register; resolve discrepancies, prepare, reconcile, and prepare sales reports.
Supervise personnel which typically includes recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
Develop incentive programs for retail staff to encourage sales and improve store performance
