Candidates should have outstanding customer service skills – a friendly, hospitable approach, gracious, and welcoming in greeting and engaging guests. The Retail Associate will: - Warmly welcome customers, respond to questions, and offer guidance to create a highly positive shopping experience
- Develop an understanding and knowledge of retail offerings to support sales
- Coordinate with stock list to ensure store supply & product needs are fulfilled throughout the day; unpack merchandise from inventory and price as directed
- Follow Superblue standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display
- Effectively complete customer transactions using POS system
- Perform opening, closing and mid-shift duties to ensure a clean and ready retail store for customers
- Manage crowd control and visitor traffic flow to allow for a smooth and efficient operation
