The Arts & Business Council is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our extraordinary team. We are leading the movement to build a sustainable cultural ecosystem through advancing high-impact partnerships between business, entrepreneurs and the arts. For over 35 years we have empowered the creative ecosystem through executive consultancies, leadership training, audience development, forums, workshops, curated outreach and networking events. We currently serve 500+ arts organizations.

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop social media goals to grow and magnify platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
Institute a social media advertising plan to increase engagement and meet goals.
Conduct analytics and create monthly reports on key metrics for all platforms.
Develop and curate engaging content for social media including captivating copy for posts.
Create images, video, reels and photo content.
Manage social media calendar and scheduling tools.
Keep the organization website up to date.
Manage google analytics and google ads.
Magnify SEO and online brand awareness.
Keep the organization’s websites up to date and relevant.
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
Work with marketing partners to amplify their social media on our platforms.
Repurpose newsletter, email and other content on social media.
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Attend events and produce live social media content.
Administration and other tasks as needed.
SKILLS:
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
Experience developing digital marketing strategies and measurable goals.
Expertise in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns on all major social media platforms.
Relevant experience in social media analytics on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
Competency in creative content tools including Canva, video editing tools and more.
Experience in measuring and magnifying SEO and website analytics
Working knowledge of google analytics and google ads.
Familiarity with basic HTML. Knowledge of WordPress website management.
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and desktop publishing; google drive.
Ability to think outside the box to offer new ideas, concepts, and solutions autonomously.
Must be organized, have good time management and multi-tasking skills, and be detailed oriented.
Strong written and communication skills.
Bi-lingual (Spanish/English/Creole) a plus.
Experience working in the arts or creative ecosystem is a plus.
DETAILS:
The starting salary for this entry level marketing position is $36,000 to $40,000 depending on experience. We provide a robust benefits package that includes paid health insurance, paid vacation and parking. There is an opportunity for bonuses and growth in the organization. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule of in
person and remote work. Our office is in the historic Little Havana neighborhood in Miami.
