We are looking for candidates to join our team who are curious – who have an appreciation for art, technology, Miami, live entertainment - and where they may intersect.
Candidates should have outstanding customer service skills – a friendly, hospitable approach, gracious, and welcoming in greeting and engaging guests. The Experience Guide will: - Learn about the exhibits and engage with visitors
- Ensure installations are running smoothly
- Ensure visitor safety
- Manage guest traffic flow
- Provide operations support as needed
The ideal candidate will: - Have 1-2+ years’ experience in customer service, preferably in the arts
- Have a strong interest or experience in the arts
- Have either a high school degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have dependable transportation for all shifts
- Must be available for either a full shift on Saturday or Sunday OR open availability for 3 full shifts
