Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the art or cultural sector
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to efficiently and accurately oversee a large variety of time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced work environment
Commitment to best practices in data management, design quality, sustainability, accessibility, and social inclusion across all marketing and digital projects
Ability to maximize data capture and analyze audience and marketing data
Strong understanding of SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
This is a part-time position requiring some early morning, late evening and weekend hours as necessary, especially during periods of high volume (Miami Art Week, exhibition openings, etc.). A level 2 background check will be required upon the offer of employment.
Reports to: Director of Communications
Compensation: $25/hour rate, averaging 20 hours/week.
