- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

- Bilingual in English and Haitian Creole and/or Spanish.
- Experience with Altru or another similar CRM/database.
- Candidates with interest in a career in the museum field.
This is a full-time salaried position, with general hours Monday-Friday from 9:30am-5:30pm. The position requires some early morning, late evening and weekend hours as necessary, especially during periods of high volume (Miami Art Week, exhibition openings, etc.). A level 2 background check will be required upon the offer of employment.
