Programs Department responsibilities include:
Drafting contract agreements and liability waivers
Creating Altru Forms for public programs
Submitting payment requests for public program participants
Drafting run of shows for events
Event support
Updating submittable open calls
Updating internal calendars
Create attendance reports
Updating programs surveys
Exhibitions responsibilities include:
Oversee day to day gallery operations
Track and update gallery attendance
Assist with coordinating walkthroughs and trainings
Drafting artist and artwork loan agreements
Organizing travel and accommodations for exhibiting artists/ guest curators (as needed)
Coordinating logistics for artwork shipping (as needed)
Submitting payment requests for artists and vendors
Gathering materials for communications to publish exhibitions on the website
Miscellaneous administrative responsibilities include:
Create and submit check requests to Accounting
Maintain programs A/V equipment and inventory list
Copy edit texts for marketing as needed
Maintaining a list of resident and alumni news for communications dept
