Job Description:
Bookleggers Library Inc. is looking for a full time programming employee to oversee external operations of the non-profit library organization. In collaboration with the Director and Operations Manager, the position is responsible for the logistical execution of all events and projects related to the organization, as well as helping facilitate and maintain internal records.
Bookleggers is a small team, so anyone that joins would be an integral part of current and future visioning with a clear path to leadership.
Bookleggers maintains a “self-motivated” work environment in which each staff member, in addition to their responsibilities, contributes to the creative & imaginative planning that makes the organization unique.
Start Time/Hours/Location
Start date: ASAP. 40 hours a week, with some flexibility plus or minus depending on events. Bookleggers currently maintains a library space at the Bakehouse Art Complex in Wynwood as well as several semi-permanent Bookboxes all around Miami Dade County.
Position will be physically based in Miami, primarily at the Bakehouse Art Complex in Wynwood. Remote candidates need not apply. We will accept applications from candidates from anywhere, however, an ability to understand and navigate Miami-Dade county is crucial, and we do not currently have relocation funds.
