Event Summary:

The Gateway’ will be an immersive Web3 metropolis that converges art, tech, and community to create the ultimate Web3 experience. The event will take place in Downtown Miami on Tuesday, November 29th through Saturday, December 3rd


Job Description:

As a member of the Ticketing & Informational Staff, you will serve as the first point of contact for attendees upon arrival, and as a welcoming resource to provide support throughout the event. You will be expected to have exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Reporting directly to lead event managers, you’ll be asked to streamline onsite ticket entry as well as interact with guests to answer a multitude of questions pertaining to the event. You’ll be required to work 9 hour shifts for 4 days, with an optional 5th day of paid work. Staff members will have a 1-hour (paid) break and be provided one meal per day.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Scan and provide appropriate wristband(s) to each attendee or direct those who don’t have a ticket to follow the proper registration process.

  • Dispense useful information to event-goers and be able to answer any event-related questions in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Ensure visitors feel welcomed and informed at all times during the event.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the event layout and daily programming to be able to navigate throughout the event and assist attendees. 

  • Manage distribution of event material including merchandise and brochures. 



  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Fluent in English (+Spanish is a plus, but not required) 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking ability

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the event

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Must be dependable, punctual and embrace tasks as assigned

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time (2-3+ Hours) 

  • Event experience is a plus, but not required
