Education, Qualifications, Competences, Skills Required- At least two year’s professional experience
- Experience in social media development and monitoring
- Experience in web maintenance
- Experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, and WordPress preferred.
- Experience in PR communications
- Experience proof-reading and fact-checking
- Excellent active listening, problem-solving, client management, and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills (documents/spreadsheets/databases/presentations/calendas/email)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and multi-task, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a solid work ethic
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with a culturally diverse group of volunteers, co-workers, and donors.
- Ability to regularly work night and weekend hours.
