Key Responsibilities: 
We are growing quickly and looking for a part-time Program Associate to join our team. This role will work closely with the Artistic Director to keep the wheels turning, supporting our program and administrative needs. 
Job responsibilities include, but are not be limited to, the following:
  • Prepare, send, and track donor acknowledgment letters
  • Support artist relations and communication and contract support
  • Facilitate communication, organize & program and event materials, and schedule meetings as needed
  • Support performance and event logistics planning, communication, support, and setup
  • Maintain program materials and inventory 
  • Work closely with Artistic Director to contribute to successful grant application and management process through accurate data-keeping and tracking
  • Support maintenance of data systems to facilitate analysis and process improvement
  • Receive and process artists agreements and payments
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Position Type: Part-time, Non-exempt
  • Hours: 12-15 hours a week 
  • Pay: $20 hourly

As a small, nomadic organization, the majority of this role will be performed remotely. However, we are based in South Florida, with programming that spans across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. As such, in-person work will be required based on performance and programming needs.
