Art Week – Temporary positions available! Increased pay for Art Week!

Superblue is a groundbreaking new Experiential Art Center dedicated to producing, presenting, and engaging the public with one-of-a-kind immersive experiences in the Allapattah of Miami. We are a permanent location in the experiential art space - we are growing quickly and anticipate a long tenure in Miami!


The Experiential Art Center is open 362 days a year and will have flexible scheduling.   We are hiring for Experience Guides specifically for Art Week from November 29 through December 5.  Experience Guides will be paid $12-$14/hour (based on experience) during this week only (Training will be paid at the regular rate of $10-$12/hour). There will be flexibility with shifts and no cap on overtime.   Other perks offered are:

  • Your main role will be to welcome guests and provide ticketing, retail, and/or operations support. You’ll learn about our exhibitions so you can engage in conversation to draw out curiosity and excitement with visitors.
  • You’ll need dependable transportation for holidays and late work hours as needed, as well as availability for at least one shift on holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Bilingual is a plus, as is a passion for the arts and entertainment!
  • You’ll need to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Paid vacation for part-time and full-time staff.
