Assisting in setting up apartments with welcome gifts & required materials, purchasing or acquiring items that are requested by artists, scheduling cleaning of apartments as artists leave and new artists arrive
Assist in the booking of hotel nights as needed with hotel partners - and being knowledgeable of alternate options should partner hotels not have vacancy
Assist artists with shipping and receipt of boxes and mail
Being on call up to 4 nights per week for any housing lockout or artist needs - rare, but necessary and a company management phone will be provided
Ordering cast welcome gifts such as water bottles and bags
Setting up rehearsal space with items requested by stage manager, zoom equipment, and ongoing hospitality needs such as coffee & tea
Arrange hospitality for first rehearsal, meet & greets, tech, opening night and select staff events
Being onsite for rehearsals as needed typically Tues-Sun
Ordering meals as needed during the tech and rehearsal process according to union guidelines
Booking airfare and managing ground transportation for all artists and staff members - most will be using the company Uber account
Distributing and collecting parking passes allocated for artists
Distributing check stubs and checks as needed as well as collecting receipts for reimbursement
Assist as needed for opening night events
Assist with auditions - set up and artist check-in
Act as a COVID Safety Manager as needed - training will be provided.
Other duties as assigned and are relevant to the position
