Superblue, a groundbreaking new Experiential Art Center dedicated to producing, presenting, and engaging the public with one of a kind immersive experiences, opening in Allapattah, Miami, Florida.

Retail Manager and Assistant Retail Manager:

· Will play a critical role in the establishment and future success of the retail store, leading the Superblue retail experience, marketing & merchandising plan, and managing the retail team

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a retail manager

· KWI experience a plus

· Fluent in one additional language, Spanish preferred

· Must lead by example and work with associates to create a One Team mindset

· Monitor general housekeeping and cleanliness of the venue along with retail space

· Willing to cross train within Superblue positions and be willing to guide others

Guest Experience Manager:

· Will act as a true ambassador of the Superblue brand, ensuring daily operations are executed according to Superblue standards, ensuring that the staff are always creating a highly positive guest experience and providing an exceptional standard of customer

· Zendesk or similar customer service software experience preferred

· Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in hospitality environment directly interfacing with guests/customers

· Fluent in one additional language, Spanish preferred

· Willing to cross train within Superblue positions and be willing to guide others

· Bring a team first approach to work and creating a family working environment

Retail Associate:

· Will play a critical role in the establishment and future success of the retail store, acting as a true ambassador for the Superblue brand and providing on the ground support, guidance, and information for all retail customers

· KWI experience a plus

· Fluent in one additional language, Spanish preferred

· Willing to cross train within Superblue positions and be willing to guide others

· Bring a team first approach to work and creating a family working environment

· Must have dependable transportation for holidays and late work hours as needed

Experience Guides:

· Will have priority to warmly welcome guests and facilitate intentional, two-way conversations to help evoke curiosity, thoughtfulness, and excitement from our guests, boots on the ground

· At least one year of customer service experience in the Arts / Entertainment / Hospitality / Customer Service industry preferred

· Zendesk or similar customer service software experience preferred

· Fluent in one additional language, Spanish preferred

· Willing to cross train within Superblue positions and be willing to guide others

· Bring a team first approach to work and creating a family working environment

· Must have dependable transportation for holidays and late work hours as needed

Ticketing Associate

· Will be responsible for greeting guests and selling tickets for the Superblue Experiential Art Center

· Monitor and reconcile cash drawer at end of shift and maintain records of everyday transactions and prepare and update customer database to recognize all patrons.

· Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures according to customer service principles and monitor all supplies for ticketing.

· May field incoming phone calls and provide information about schedule and pricing on phone; ensure resolution of all customer inquiries.

· Prior experience using ShowClix or other ticketing platforms is preferred.

· Fluent in one additional language, Spanish preferred.

· Bring a team first approach to work and creating a family working environment.

· Must have dependable transportation for holidays and late work hours as needed.
