Under supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Citi Foundation Internship Coordinator works with leaders of various departments throughout the museum to develop, coordinate, and supervise our newly funded year-round Arts Administration Internship Program. This internship program was designed to improve pathways into the museum fields for diverse candidates and to open opportunities for careers in the arts. The Museum Management Internship Program will give interns practical working experience in various departments within the museum. The Internship Coordinator will be responsible for program development, recruitment, and tracking metrics of success. Responsibilities also include developing a leadership training program for intern supervisors to grow managerial skills within the museum staff, and marketing for PAMM’s internship initiative.
The role is part-time at about 24 hours a week.
