The Museum Public Programs and Education Curator leads, implements and manages a wide range of interdisciplinary curatorial, public and educational programs for MOAD that amplify connections between contemporary art, design and other fields. The position facilitates working collaborations with artists, designers, professionals, scholars, students, members of the broader community; conceptualizes and manages lectures, art labs, workshops performance programs; and occasionally curates special exhibitions. This is a Professional Exempt Contractual (PEC) position for which an annual contract reflecting the base salary within the fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th) will be issued after ratification by Miami Dade College’s District Board of Trustees.
